When you choose our services, you’re joining a friendly platform that blends the perks of online bidding with my helping hand that takes care of all the details for you.

You supply the items, and for just a small fee, we’ll list, sell, and ship them to happy buyers all across Canada. Then, we’ll send your earnings straight to you!

How easy is that?   

The 'Seller' Process

The idea to sell an item starts with you.

1. The Idea

You make the decision to sell an item but you don't know how or where to list it.

The second step is to reach out to MedHat Bids.com's owner to discuss the options.

2. Initial Contact

You reach out to Our Owner to discuss the options available to help you list and sell your item.

After meeting, we enter into an agreement and the papers are signed.

3. The Agreement

After sharing all information, we will have the seller enter into the agreement for our services.

After taking posession of your item, we take pictures and create a listing in our next available online auction.

4. The Listing

After taking possession of your item, we take pictures & create a listing in our next  online auction.

The item goes up for sale and people from all over Canada view and bid on your item(s).

5. The Online Auction

The item goes up for sale and people from all over North America view and bid on your item(s).

Once the item is bought and paid for, it is shipped to the customer.

6. The Item is Shipped

Once the item is bought and paid for, it is shipped to the customer, or it is picked up locally.

After we receive payment(s) for your items, we send an e-transfer and you get your money

7. The Final Payment

After we receive payment(s) for your items, we send an e-transfer and you get your money.

After you see how easy it was, you tell all your friends and family and they contact us and we go back to Step 1.

8. Word of Mouth

After you see how easy it was, you tell all your friends and family and they contact us and we go back to Step 1 with them or again with you!

small company

MedHatBids.com is a relatively new online auction site but I have been personally selling online since 1990. eBay, Facebook, Kijiji, Private online stores: I have tried them all…

The problem is, they all have something that doesn’t work for the buyer, the seller, or BOTH. I am tired of having to pay HUGE fees to purchase items – HUGE Fees to ship items – and just HUGE fees overall. 

The biggest asset of using the HiBid Online Auction System called AUCTION FLEX 360 is that I am in control of what is charged for the services.

Yes, I pay a Monthly Fee to use their platform… Yes, I pay a fee for each bid and YES, I pay a percentage on the hammer price. BUT I get to choose what I charge the buyers and sellers. 

Some Options I Have:
  • Do You Have 1-5 Items?  You pay the standard selling fee.
  • Do you have multiple items? – We can negotiate a better fee
  • Did you just buy an awesome item for a huge price? Buyer fees have a maximum amount per item!

All services cost us something – BUT let me bring my experience into your selling and see if we both can’t make some $$!
